Jalene is the owner of ZAPS Hair Removal and a Maryland Licensed Electrologist. She graduated from MEEC (Maryland Electrolysis Education Center) in Laurel, MD. To treat her clients, she employs the latest electrolysis techniques, multiple modalities and state of the art technology. Every client is treated as an individual and receives a personalized treatment plan that suits their needs. Having received electrolysis herself prior to practicing, she understands the process from both sides of the table.

Kathryn is a Maryland state licensed electrologist. She also graduated from MEEC (Maryland Electrolysis Education Center) in Laurel, MD. She has received training in all 3 modalities of electrolysis and is a staunch advocate for finding the method that fits each clients individual needs the best. She finds the process of electrolysis, and the resulting confidence boost in her clients, to be a very rewarding process.
