Position Overview

We are looking for a Maryland-licensed electrologist or a student actively pursuing Maryland licensure to join our team as an employee. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule while earning commission-based pay on each client you treat.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Maryland electrology license

  • Customer focused with a strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards

  • Excellent client communication skills with an emphasis on comfort and inclusivity

  • Ability to follow strict cleaning/sterilization protocols and safety guidelines

  • Own and use personal surgical loupes during treatment

  • Previous electrolysis experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrolysis treatments with precision and professionalism on all areas of the body

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for diverse client needs

  • Maintain compliance with Maryland state and company sterilization and safety standards, cleaning instruments and work area regularly

  • Provide consultations, educating clients on treatment plans and aftercare

  • Manage client communication to coordinate scheduling and retain clients

  • Check in/out clients and process payments

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client personal and health information

  • Work independently while collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service

  • Participate in marketing efforts to attract new clients and grow the company

  • Attend industry education events for CEU’s and maintain Maryland electrology licensure

  • Adhere to regulatory & company facility, security, and safety policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
